About Traplin Illustration & Design
Meticulous in execution and on trend with design

Traplin Illustration & Design is owned and operated by Angela Fraser (nee:Traplin).
Since 1998 Angela has painted her way over the halls, walls and floors of more than 550 schools throughout the province of Ontario. After 3 years of living on Vancouver Island she is back and eager to lend her talents once again in her home province.
Meticulous in execution and on trend with design, Angie's work reflects the quality that sets schools apart and her years of experience in customer service keep the integrity that is so important in business.
"The highest quality of craftsmanship mixed with easy going, hassle free, honest service is what I strive to deliver to every customer! I take great pride in my referrals and it gives me great pleasure knowing that my principals want my work and only my work, when they change schools."

Our Talents
Traplin Illustration & Design is a professional company, motivated and current.

Lucky to be born an artist, Angie's natural abilities are the underlying reason for her success. Art History education at the university level and a Graphic Design diploma honed her skills even
further and brought her artwork to the commercial level. Capable of creating in many mediums, Angie's talents reach far beyond the pencil.

I began building Traplin Illustration & Design and my artistic reputation with chalk. Commercially I became recognized as the 'Chalkboard Lady'. I developed a strong returning client base.

Residential and commercial murals brought my work to a more personal level. Kids rooms,
bathrooms, and bedrooms took on an individual and personal feel unique to the home owner or child.

Creating a vivid, and tight design
that represents a company is one of my favorite things to do. You know you have a really good design when it
looks simple.

Initally working on vinyl wall padding, I was introduced into the school systems. I welcomed the challenge of painting outstanding floor centers and murals. Strong client relationships, trust and talent have strengthened my reputation and are the reasons I am sought after.
